We aim to ship withing 3 working days on receipt of payment , however during busy periods of the season it can take between 5-7 working days .
Returns
All items are bespoke and made specific to your request we hence have a no refund policy , we will however replace any item that is found to be defective
Personalised goods can be returned only if damaged, no returns are accepted without our prior authorisation, so please contact us to arrange a return.
