What kind of images can I use for crystals and Photo to 3D Crystal ?
We can accept almost any digital image format. JPG, Tiff, BMP, etc. We do not recommend GIF format because they are typically very small files and do not produce good results. We edit and restore older photos where possible to get the best results , the bigger your pictures is the better mainly for Photo to 3D crystals.
Can my photos be turned into 3D images?
Yes ! We Can turn your photo into 3D crystals , photos of pets are also welcome Just send a ( For best results we recommend that you send us a frontal image portrait ) and we can turn it into a 3D head. The cost to turn a digital facial image into a 3D head is included in the price of the 3D crystal. The processing for Photo to 3D crystal is done by one of our 3D artists.
What if I dont have a scanner or digital Image ?
Place your order online and send us your photo via post , we will scan print and return it safley back to you.
How long does it take to get my crystal made?
We operate 7 days a week . After we receive your order and images we can ship your finished item to you in 1-3 working days depending on the time of the year. ,During peak Holiday season please allow up to 5 business days for manufacturing of your order.
